Shirley, a REALTOR® since 1986, has lead the Rental/Leasing Department. In addition to sales in the Orange County Coastal Area, she has focused on vacation rentals and long-term leasing. Oregon State University, Business Administration, supplied her with real estate, finance. and marketing to apply to her career.
She enjoys meeting and helping a large cross-section of clients in finding a vacation rental, home to lease, or home to purchase in the area. Shirley draws her business from a large base of repeat and referral clients.
With their three children grown, she has time for golf, skiing, and travel.
Swift is included in the Prudential Chairman’s Circle for 1998, qualifying within the Top 1 Percent of the Prudential Real Estate network.
A REALTOR® since 1975, he is well known for his ability to communicate to all types of people and his in-depth knowledge of the Orange County Coastal market.
Mr. Torrance holds a B.S. degree in business from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oregon. He also has a background in taxation and accounting.
Spare time activities include, skiing, mountain biking, golf, and orchid cultivation.
